Terms of service
These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with Pawgrip. Please read them before ordering. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Who we are: Pawgrip is a trading name of Cayden Down, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. Trading address: 18 Powell Road, Telford, TF2 9RU, United Kingdom. Contact: jccoreindustries@outlook.com, +44 7474 959962
1. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. If we cannot supply an item — for example because it is out of stock or incorrectly priced — we will tell you and refund any payment taken in full.
2. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling. We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added to your order. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. We take payment at the point of order. Prices may change, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
3. Pricing errors
If the correct price is higher than the price shown, we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
4. Delivery
We deliver to England, Scotland and Wales. Any delivery dates given are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
5. Cancellation and returns
See our refund policy. In summary: 30 days to change your mind, plus your statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
6. Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Images are illustrative and colours may vary slightly between screens. Sizing charts are a guide — measure your dog rather than relying on breed.
7. Use of our products
Our socks are a grip aid for hard floors. They are not veterinary devices and are not a treatment for any medical condition. Supervise your dog when they first wear them, and speak to your vet about any lameness, pain or change in mobility.
8. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. We are not liable for business losses.
9. Use of this website
The content of this site, including text, images and layout, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
10. Complaints
Email jccoreindustries@outlook.com and we will acknowledge within two working days and aim to resolve within 14 days.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.
