Choosing

How do I measure my dog?

Stand your dog up so there's weight on the paw, then measure the front paw across its widest point. If you're between sizes, size up. There's a full chart with all five sizes on our size guide.

Which size should I order?

Paw width decides it, not breed. XS fits paws around 4.6 cm, S around 5.3 cm, M around 6.6 cm, L around 7.4 cm and XL around 8.9 cm. The socks stretch by 1 to 3 cm, so close is fine.

What's the difference between Leopard and Caterpillar?

Only the shape of the silicone tread moulded onto the sole. Leopard is a rounded, spotted pattern; Caterpillar is longer wavy ridges with dots between them. Both grip the same way.

How many sets should I get?

One set is four socks — one for each paw. Two sets gives you a spare for wash days and takes £2.99 off. Three sets is the lowest price per set and takes £7.98 off.

Will my dog keep them on?

Most dogs need two or three short sessions to get used to them. Always tighten the strap above the ankle — the elastic cuff alone won't hold a dog moving at speed.

Will they help my dog's arthritis?

They give grip on hard floors, which can make moving around easier for a dog that's unsteady. They aren't a treatment for any medical condition, so please talk to your vet about pain or lameness.

What does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Ensured shipping is available at checkout for £4.99 if you'd prefer it.

How long will my order take?

Most orders arrive within 5 to 10 days. Smaller sizes tend to arrive at the quicker end of that range. We'll email your tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as you can. If it hasn't been dispatched, we'll change or cancel it. If it has, you can return it under our 30-day policy.

What if they don't fit?

Return them within 30 days for a full refund. See returns and refunds.

Can I try them on my dog first?

Yes — indoors, on a clean, dry paw, to check the fit. Just don't wear them outside before you've decided.

How do I wash them?

Hand wash cool and air dry. Don't tumble dry, as heat damages the silicone grip.
