SHIPPING OPTIONS
Standard shipping: free on every order, no minimum spend.
Ensured shipping: £4.99, chosen at checkout.

HOW LONG IT TAKES
Most orders arrive within 5 to 10 days. Smaller sizes usually arrive at the quicker end of that range and larger sizes at the slower end, because they ship from different stock. These are typical times, not guarantees.

If we have not agreed a delivery date with you, we will deliver without undue delay and within 30 days of your order, as required by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If we miss that, you may cancel for a full refund.

WHERE WE DELIVER
England, Scotland and Wales. We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, or outside the UK.

TRACKING
You will get an order confirmation straight away, and a second email with your tracking link once your parcel is on its way.

IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG
If your parcel seems stuck or takes longer than 10 days, email jccoreindustries@outlook.com with your order number and we will chase it. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will resend it or refund you in full — your choice. If it arrives damaged, send us a photo of the packaging and the item and we will send a replacement.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us.
