Returns & Refunds

Thirty days to change your mind, and a plain-English guide to sending things back.

30 days to change your mind

If something isn't right for your dog, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. That is longer than the law requires. Items should be unused or only tried indoors, clean, and in their original packaging.

Your legal right to cancel

Separately from our 30-day policy, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

We will refund the full price you paid, including the standard shipping you originally paid, within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of you showing evidence you have sent them — whichever is earlier. If you chose ensured shipping at £4.99, we refund the cost of our standard shipping, which is free, so only the item price is refunded.

You may cancel by emailing jccoreindustries@outlook.com with your order number. You can use the model cancellation form in the Regulations, but you do not have to.

How to return something

  1. Email jccoreindustries@outlook.com with your order number and what you are returning.
  2. We will reply with the return address.
  3. Post it back. We recommend a tracked service, because until it reaches us it is your responsibility.
  4. We refund your original payment method once it arrives.

Who pays return postage

If an item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we cover return postage — send us the receipt and we will refund it.

If you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, return postage is yours to pay.

Trying things on

You are welcome to try socks on your dog indoors, on a clean, dry paw, to check the fit. You may handle goods as you would in a shop. If you reduce their value by handling them more than that — for example wearing socks outdoors, or washing them before deciding — we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.

Faulty or misdescribed goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.

  • Within 30 days: you may reject a faulty item and get a full refund.
  • Up to six months: we will repair or replace it; if that fails, you can claim a refund.
  • Up to six years (five in Scotland): you may still have a claim if the item has not lasted a reasonable time.

Email us with your order number and a photo and we will sort it out. We pay return postage on faulty items.

Items we cannot refund

We cannot refund items returned in a soiled or unhygienic condition, or damage caused by a dog chewing a product beyond normal use. This does not affect your rights if the item was faulty when it arrived.

Changing size

The quickest way to swap a size is to return the original for a refund and place a new order. Tell us you are doing this and we will prioritise the refund.

Refund timing

Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days, and usually much sooner. Your bank may take a few days to show it.
