Where we deliver, what it costs, and how to follow your parcel.

Standard shipping is free whatever you spend, with no minimum order. Ensured shipping is an optional upgrade you can choose at checkout.
How long it takes
Most orders arrive within 5 to 10 days. We'll email your tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way.

These are typical times, not guarantees. The socks and your free toy ship from different stock, so they may arrive in separate parcels.
Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in England, Scotland and Wales. We don't currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or outside the UK.
Tracking
You'll get an order confirmation by email straight away, and a second email with your tracking link once your parcel has been dispatched. The tracking page shows the carrier's latest estimate for your delivery date.
Something gone wrong?
If your parcel seems stuck or is taking longer than 10 days, email us with your order number and we'll chase it. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we'll resend it or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.
If your parcel arrives damaged, send us a photo of the packaging and the item and we'll send a replacement.
