How to contact us
Email is the fastest way to reach us, and it reaches a real person rather than a call centre. We aim to reply within one working day, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Use the same address for orders, returns, complaints, and any request about your personal data.
What we sell
Anti-slip grip socks for dogs, sold to consumers in England, Scotland and Wales. Orders of three sets include a free squeaky dog toy. We are an online-only retailer; there is no shop to visit.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling and include any applicable taxes. Shipping is shown separately before you pay. We take payment when you place your order.
Your cancellation rights
You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel without giving a reason, and our own 30-day returns policy on top of that. See our refund policy for how to do it and who pays return postage.
Complaints
Email jccoreindustries@outlook.com. We acknowledge complaints within two working days and aim to resolve them within 14 days. If you are not satisfied, you may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution scheme, and you always retain the right to bring a claim in court.
